Até 7 de janeiro 21 de janeiro de 2025, encontra-se aberto o período para submissão de resumos (para comunicações livres orais ou em formato de poster) para o Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy Aveiro’s Meeting (MIRAM 2025).

• Os trabalhos a submeter devem ser relativos a trabalhos de investigação  originais já concluídas (Trabalhos Científicos), ou, Trabalhos de natureza Educacional ou de Desenvolvimento Profissional. Todos os autores mencionados no resumo deverão ter tido uma contribuição significativa no trabalho.
• O conteúdo dos resumos é da responsabilidade dos seus autores. Se o trabalho, ou parte dele, já foi aceite ou publicado, os autores são responsáveis por garantir os direitos autorais necessários.
• O número máximo de autores por comunicação é de oito, e pelo menos um deles deve estar inscrito no evento científico.
• Cada autor pode apresentar no máximo dois trabalhos. O autor responsável pela apresentação deve inscrever-se no evento até 14 de janeiro 31 de janeiro de 2025 (aproveitando a tarifa reduzida) e deve estar disponível para participar na data e hora estabelecidas.
• A notificação aos autores será realizada por e-mail, para o endereço fornecido na submissão do resumo, até 7 de janeiro 28 de janeiro de 2025.
• Os idiomas oficiais do encontro são o Português e o Inglês.

A submissão dos resumos é feita em formato .pdf utilizando este formulário.

Os trabalhos aceites para apresentação na conferência farão parte do Livro de Resumos com eventual possibilidade de ISBN.

The period for abstract submissions (for oral communications or poster presentations) for the Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy Aveiro Meeting (MIRAM 2025) is open until January 7 21, 2025.

• Submitted works should be original research that has already been completed (Scientific Work) or works of an Educational or Professional Development nature. All authors listed in the abstract must have contributed significantly to the work.
• The authors are responsible for the content of the abstracts. If the work, or part of it, has already been accepted or published, the authors are responsible for ensuring that the necessary copyright permissions are obtained.
• The maximum number of authors per presentation is eight, and at least one author must be registered for the scientific event.
• Each author may submit a maximum of two works. The presenting author must register for the event by January 14 31, 2025 (to take advantage of the reduced fee) and must be available to participate at the scheduled date and time.
• Notification to authors will be sent by email to the address provided during abstract submission by January 7 28, 2025.
• The official languages of the meeting are Portuguese and English.

Abstract submissions must be made in .pdf format using this form.

Papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be part of the Book of Abstracts with the eventual possibility of ISBN.

Categorias das Comunicações e Requisitos para a Apresentação dos Resumos | Communications category and guidelines for abstracts presentation

• Comunicação oral – 8 minutos de apresentação e 2 minutos de discussão (total 10 minutos). A apresentação final deverá ser enviada até dia 3 de fevereiro por e-mail para essua-miram2025@ua.pt,  em formato PPT e PDF. Não o fazendo, poderá não ser garantida a sua apresentação com recursos tecnológicos adequados.
• Posters – estarão disponíveis durante o evento, será solicitada a presença do autor junto do mesmo quando for efetuada a sua apresentação/discussão. A versão final do poster deverá ser entregue aos elementos do staff no dia 7 de fevereiro até às 10:00.  Será oportunamente disponibilizado o modelo para o poster.
• A decisão final sobre se um trabalho caberá na categoria de comunicação oral ou poster será da Comissão Científica.

• Oral Communication – 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion (total of 10 minutes). The final presentation must be submitted by February 3 via email to essua-miram2025@ua.pt, in both PPT and PDF formats. Failure to do so may result in the inability to guarantee the use of appropriate technological resources for the presentation.

• Poster Presentation – Posters will be displayed during the event, and the author will be required to be present next to their poster during the presentation/discussion. The final version of the poster must be submitted to the staff on February 7 by 10:00 AM. A template for the poster will be provided in due course.

• The final decision on whether a submission will be categorized as an oral communication or a poster will be made by the Scientific Committee.

Os resumos deverão ser escritos em Times New Roman, tamanho 12, espaçamento entre linhas de 1,5. Poderão ser elaborados em qualquer uma das línguas oficiais do Encontro (Português ou Inglês) e apresentado em formato .pdf quando do preenchimento do formulario dispobilizado aqui
